Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on the wjl platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Any duplicate accounts discovered by wjl may be closed without notice, and any balances therein may be forfeited.
You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information when registering your wjl account, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested during registration or subsequent verification. You are responsible for keeping your account information current. wjl accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the User.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wjl login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your wjl account credentials with any third party. wjl will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account that arises from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify wjl immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account.
wjl is required under PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of its users. You agree to cooperate fully with wjl's Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures, which may include submission of a government-issued Philippine ID (SSS, PhilHealth, GSIS, driver's license, passport, or UMID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

wjl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; failure to complete KYC verification; and compliance with a PAGCOR directive or court order. In cases of account closure for legitimate reasons, any verified real-money balance (net of any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method after all outstanding investigations are resolved.
All content on the wjl platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, trademarks, logos, graphics, text, and interface design — is the proprietary property of wjl or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the wjl platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, wjl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the platform, including losses arising from game outcomes, internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or unauthorized account access. wjl's total aggregate liability to any user for any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by wjl's negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.
wjl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at wjl.bet/privacy-policy, and in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173). By using the wjl platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the wjl platform shall be submitted first to wjl's internal dispute resolution process. If not resolved within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts or PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism, as applicable.
wjl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address or mobile number on file, or by prominent notice on the wjl platform. Your continued use of the wjl platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact wjl to close your account.
